This is not a ticket. This is a donation of 50% of a ticket cost which will be matched by the Spirit Sister Stories movement and go towards a sisters ticket to the event.

The ticket for a sister will include:

• • a day in nature, with horses, your Sisters & our community

  • Multidisciplinary artist, founder & host Toni Short program curation, space holding, dialogue opening and energetic guidance offered

  • personalized experiential retreat experience

  • rain or shine at Pal-O-Mine Equestrian, Long Island begins 11:00am / ends 5:30pm

  • return coach transportation to/from manhattan with snacks & water, departure 9:00am / return 6:00pm

  • self drive/car pool options available

  • snacks, lite bites, grazing stations, lunch & beverages

  • host, venue and guest introductions

  • grounding exercises featuring live vocals, custom frequencies & other curated music/musicians

  • integrated farm experiences with hands-on/hands in earth opportunities

  • reset nervous system with natural environment

  • collective guided meditation with movement

  • intimate guided groundwork workshops with Pal-O-Mine Equine Therapy team & horses
