Multidisciplinary artist, founder & host Toni Short program curation, space holding, dialogue opening and energetic guidance offered
personalized experiential retreat experience
rain or shine at Pal-O-Mine Equestrian, Long Island begins 11:00am / ends 5:30pm
return coach transportation to/from manhattan with snacks & water, departure 9:00am / return 6:00pm
self drive/car pool options available
snacks, lite bites, grazing stations, lunch & beverages
host, venue and guest introductions
grounding exercises featuring live vocals, custom frequencies & other curated music/musicians
integrated farm experiences with hands-on/hands in earth opportunities
